I’ve had a multitude of different issues with my truck. I had been up in Tulsa for a month and they just happened to come about. I normally pick one good mechanic and stick with him till I can’t because of distance. I had called a few different people, seen a few of them that ripped me off for a diagnostic test and had some trouble with others on the phone, not wanting to fit me in because I want a full test before they try to replace my whole motor when it’s not needed. I am a bit stressed by the time I reach these guys at Tulsa Auto Docs. I had talked with them and we made an appointment. They did all required testing to find the issue and fixed my piston rings that caused smoke to come out every startup. They sent me pictures and videos of the issues and process which helped me to not feeling like I was getting ripped off. They told me the price of each repair or replacement before hand so I did not get into a bind. I was very happy to get my truck back and I also had them flush some fluids and much more. They definitely can make a difference in someone’s life who had very little trust in businesses like auto mechanics! They are great people and fair priced with today’s economy. I would highly recommend them to anyone that reads this, my family and friends. I will continue going here with my Jeep and Truck when needed until I get transferred to a new job in another state. We had one of our vehicles maintained before going on a trip last week. Blake did the usual for him which means he went far and above the call of duty. Which was my Motorcycle installing a hitch for a camper trailer i purchased for the motorcycle. Trailer pulled so well for over 400 miles had to look in the mirrors to remind me I was pulling a 350lb trailer taking tight corners or at 70-80 miles a hour on highway. Couldn’t be happier.I've been using Tulsa Auto Doc for all of our automotive needs. For both of our Businesses and our personal vehicles including my Motorcycle. They are very thorough with keeping their shop clean, organized and cleaning the undercarriages in order to do thorough inspections and installations of parts. Tulsa Auto Doc is phenomenal, I recently bought a F-450 that didn’t have any power to really speak of. Without a running start it had a hard time going up a hill. Blake the technician is super thorough went through every detail and kept me informed of every change that may need to be addressed before he did anything!
Hands down best place to go imo. They saved me a bunch of money when I needed my Audi serviced. Audi dealership qouted me $8000 for the part plus labor was well over $10,000. I spent a fraction of that with these guys and my Audi was up and going again. Their turnaround times are awesome too, Ive never been unhappy with how long a service has taken. Overall this is about the only place I take my cars for work. Pricing is reasonable but what does it for me is that I never have to come back for anything that has to do with the work they do. Highly recommended.

Badass dudes right there had a issue with my 2002 sonoma with the anti theft these guys fixed me up highly recommended I'm pretty mechanically inclined but when it comes to electrical work I don't know anything so I went to these guys and they did a awesome job even vacuumed my car
Christmas Eve.....We needed to get the lights working on our truck and Blake was able to get them all working within a couple of hours. We will definitely be taking our vehicles there for other work as they do all kinds of repairs.
The guys here were so kind- it was raining inside my car because the door wasn’t sealing properly after a wreck. I got to hang out and chat while the mechanic fixed the door like it was a puzzle he just knew he could fix quickly, it was a great experience and I am so thankful! I would recommend and will definitely be back as needed.
Total bait-and-switch. They texted me a quote, then jacked up the price with more surprise labor fees. Once I showed up to pay they said they “forgot” to add to the original quote. Claimed it was a “miscommunication”. After I pushed, they made a token price cut, but I still paid way more than expected. Zero accountability, misleading customers and providing dishonest business practices. Avoid this place.
This guy made my daughter cry. She took her car in to have rear end checked. He charged her $2000 then charged her $4000 more and didn’t even fix her main problem He charge her $50 more for a battery instead of charging it then $50 to put it in. 2 bolts. Car still not right after almost 6k. I asked him to try to make it right he said give him $3800 more dollars. The car is only worth 3 to 4000In my opinion, he only cares about the dollar and not the customer. It really saddens me to leave a negative review because that’s not who I am but I gave him an opportunity to try to make it. Right.

I was having a huge emergency with my car giving constant warnings to pull over because of high temperature on my way to work and thankfully I broke down close to this place. The financing option saved me big time, and they were faster than expected. The man at the desk was incredibly helpful as well, offering to Lyft me if I needed to go anywhere. I will definitely go here for all my mechanic needs in the future. A lot of mechanics take advantage of young women alone, but they had a lot of integrity and treated me like anyone else, highly recommend this place

I am VERY happy with the service I received. I was 2 weeks away from having my daughter and my real axel broke on our only vehicle on a Wednesday, I had it towed to the dealership on Thursday and they told me they couldn't even look at it until Monday. I called Tulsa Auto Doc and he towed it to his garage that day and looked and it and worked with me on a price by Friday. My car was fixed on Monday, and Anthony had it waiting for me before I had to go to work. I will definitely always use them for any vehicle needs and recommend to anyone how needs their vehicle worked on. Let me start by saying this is the only car repair shop I have had a positive experience with. The employees here go above and beyond to get your car back up and running. If you are in need of a car repair, I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to here.1. They are super fast at repairs. Every other place i asked quoted me days to weeks. They got it done the same day.2. Unlike every other place I've been previously, they actually correctly diagnosed the issue the first time. Instead of just scanning diagnostic codes, they will actually assess your vehicle to find the true issue.3. The employees are incredibly nice and willing to work with you.4. They have decent prices and offer a far better warranty than any other place I've ever been.

Not as good as it's cracked up to be. The workers seemed wary of me? Racist? Esp the wife. They all don't feel very friendly to me. The owner doesn't seem to like answering questions. Then when he was explaining, he seemed to blame me for taking it to another mechanic prior, like I already blamed him for all the problems. I wasn't blaming you for nothing man! What hostility! Really unprofessional.Plus, the kicker is when the owner boasted that he has high standards, that they don't mess with people's cars, because he had 1 former employee guy who touched people's radios or ac, and fired him. But then when I get back into my car, I see that my old car paper tag from the former mechanic that was IN the cubby is now OUT and ON the front passenger seat. High standards? Don't touch anything? Hahaha. Yeah right. What a joke. Never coming back here again. Now I know why you brought up the previous mechanic.Didn't fix the issue either. Because my car died a few weeks after. Wasted so much money $600, must have me ripped me off. Mad.

my car started messing up in february and i had taken it to TWO different shops before i contacted Tulsa Auto Doc, one of which was the dealership and needless to say, i had two bad experiences with those shops. nobody could give me a detailed description of HOW or WHAT they really found or any information, period on the diagnosis- other than one diagnosis said i needed to replace the whole wiring harness and the other shop said a new transmission… they gave me a price that was double what i ended up paying here and looking back now, neither of those things would have fixed my car... with receiving two very mixed diagnosis’, i decided to go online looking for a place that wanted to give me a detailed summary of what the issue is so i understand, and was able to fix the issue IN HOUSE without breaking the bank when i still owe quite a bit on the car… that’s how i found Tulsa Auto Doc!! they were very speedy, super friendly and inviting, very informative- even printing me out a detailed summary of everything they found. They got my car up and running CORRECTLY for the best price i feel i could have paid!! my boyfriend or stepdad usually are my mechanics but they just couldn’t figure this one out, if anything like that ever happens and i need a shop again, i WILL BE using this place!! 🙂

Overpriced and can't figure out the correct oil and filter on an engine swapped Impala when the engine states its status and it was stated prior to dropping the vehicle off.
The people here are friendly and helped me out immensely!my 300 gave up her ghost they are replacing the motor great prices and while my car is being cared by the doc had a lyft for me and booked me a room for duration of the time my car is with them.Above and beyond in these time is getting rare they treated me like a old friend here THANKS TULSA AUTO DOC!
This place was amazing. They kept in contact and updated me often. My vehicle went in bad condition and came out running again. They fixed a long time issue I had with my AC that other technicians just couldn’t seem to fix. I highly recommend.

I was from out of town they found me a place to stay and gave me a ride too. Fixed my car in a timely manner and cost effective and got me there safe. Great people that care. I just learned about Tulsa Auto Doc a couple months ago. I’ve had them service my truck twice now - once for a routine oil change, the other for troubleshooting a check engine light code.On both occasions, they were prompt at responding to me, they gave me a clear quote of all charges to expect, and they were able to schedule me quickly to get the work performed.On the check engine light code diagnosis, they were able to work with my extended warranty company to get all the parts and labor covered.I appreciate the attention to detail they provide and the detailed explanations when I had questions about what they were working on as well as how best to take care of my vehicle.I’m so glad I found this shop! It gives me great peace of mind having them work on my vehicle.

Went in for my 2014 Cruze having electrical problems and turned out to just be a defective part. Was expecting to be in the shop for a couple of days but turned out to be just a full day. Very friendly as well.
Everyone was very nice and accommodating! Unlike the multiple other places I had taken my car to be fixed, they actually provided a full diagnostic and fixed the problem I was having with my headlights. Also the Lyft service they provide when you need to leave your car there is an amazing service and something I’m surprised isn’t more common.
Jeff diagnosed my problem immediately when others couldn't. I thought it must be serious (and expensive) but it wasn't. The staff is as professional, thoughtful and competent as they come. You would be wise to come here first. I know I'll be back. 😁

My car was having weird electrical problems. Jeff and his crew, checked the usual suspects after a diagnostic. Then checked some other things after they felt that the car was still damp. I had a sun roof leak, that I had just had repaired. There were areas that were still damp. They dried out the car. Cars today have so many wires and fuses in the front and rear of the car. Then next problem was and huge problem was the battery. I had that was installed by a road service company that has been around a long time. Well the battery they sold me obviously had been around a LONG time. As had the three previous batteries they installed because they couldn’t hold a charge. Well Jeff cured that. Better battery! Tulsa Auto Doc is the place to take your car or truck if you care to keep it running right. Great service, very nice people, reasonable prices. When you want done right the first time!
Ignition and sloppy fit into the keyhole began to make the truck more trick to get started. I searched Auto Electric on Google and received 3 businesses nearby. Top of this list at nearly 5 stars, is Tulsa Auto Doc. Meeting Jeff outside after a 2 minute conversation on the phone was more like dropping in on a cousin or a nephew. He was more interested in helping me than cost of repair. We made appointment for repair next day, I was provided a Lyft ride. Next day all was timely, fair-priced, and professional. Melody has a similar sense of humor markedly present in the hearts of family. These are the good ones, they make you feel welcome and assured you'll get great service. The new ignition feels like a brand new 15 year old truck. Blessed experience throughout.

Tulsa Auto Doc is a small, christian based automotive repair business which was an instant plus for me. Its owner, Jeff, and his technician Blake, are exceptionally knowledgable when it comes to automobile repair and they are extremely fair when it comes to their costs. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to others. I used them in generating a repair estimate on an older automobile, and while I didn't have the work done (by them or anyone else), I subsequently used them for doing pre-inspection checks on several automobiles I was considering buying, and they ultimately helped me land a pre-owned vehicle.

Went in for the technician to check for a wheel bearing problem ,the tech explained in detail after he told me I didn't need them he kindly explained it was my tires, most places charge you just to look at your car, but this nice repair shop did not charge me a thing,his beautiful wife was so kind and professional helping explain how the shop repair was started. Took my car in for power steering leak and they fixed it and a noise that had been diagnosed by other auto shops as the super charge need to be replaced and that was not the problem it was a crankshaft balancer and belt making this nosie and Mr Mckelroy fix my car quick and haven't been this happy with a shop in several years!! I was helped by Jeff and Melody McKelroy and I had a lot of issues with my car and lots of maintenance to be done, Jeff was very informative from the start, he was honest and his prices for everything were reasonable, he’s very knowledgeable in what he does and is straightforward but kind when talking about the problems, there was ab 13 different things done and they were all done within about a week I was very impressed. I greatly appreciate the customer service from Melody she was so kind and helpful and made the paperwork so much easier. 10/10⭐️and I plan to continue taking my vehicle there for as long as I’m in Tulsa.

Brought my truck into Tulsa Auto Doc for transmission issues, which ended up being a blown transmission. Jeff was very knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole process. Jeff looked around for the best deal on a new transmission without compromising quality or breaking the bank.
Had to has several things replaced due to wear and tear on this vehicle. It was expensive, and no fun to have to have done, but I very much appreciate the updates and detailed information that was give to me during this whole process. I have worked with Jeff in the past and recently in town visiting and needed my work van looked over. Tulsa auto doc was able to get me in and able to get parts ordered and installed quick before I had to head back home. Even though the repairs were extensive due to some damage on the front right driver side he was able to fix me up and get me back on the road. I highly recommend TAD for your complete auto repair. I’ve had a multitude of different issues with my truck. I had been up in Tulsa for a month and they just happened to come about. I normally pick one good mechanic and stick with him till I can’t because of distance. I had called a few different people, seen a few of them that ripped me off for a diagnostic test and had some trouble with others on the phone, not wanting to fit me in because I want a full test before they try to replace my whole motor when it’s not needed. I am a bit stressed by the time I reach these guys at Tulsa Auto Docs. I had talked with them and we made an appointment. They did all required testing to find the issue and fixed my piston rings that caused smoke to come out every startup. They sent me pictures and videos of the issues and process which helped me to not feeling like I was getting ripped off. They told me the price of each repair or replacement before hand so I did not get into a bind. I was very happy to get my truck back and I also had them flush some fluids and much more. They definitely can make a difference in someone’s life who had very little trust in businesses like auto mechanics! They are great people and fair priced with today’s economy. I would highly recommend them to anyone that reads this, my family and friends. I will continue going here with my Jeep and Truck when needed until I get transferred to a new job in another state. We had one of our vehicles maintained before going on a trip last week. Blake did the usual for him which means he went far and above the call of duty. Which was my Motorcycle installing a hitch for a camper trailer i purchased for the motorcycle. Trailer pulled so well for over 400 miles had to look in the mirrors to remind me I was pulling a 350lb trailer taking tight corners or at 70-80 miles a hour on highway. Couldn’t be happier.I've been using Tulsa Auto Doc for all of our automotive needs. For both of our Businesses and our personal vehicles including my Motorcycle. They are very thorough with keeping their shop clean, organized and cleaning the undercarriages in order to do thorough inspections and installations of parts. Tulsa Auto Doc is phenomenal, I recently bought a F-450 that didn’t have any power to really speak of. Without a running start it had a hard time going up a hill. Blake the technician is super thorough went through every detail and kept me informed of every change that may need to be addressed before he did anything!
Hands down best place to go imo. They saved me a bunch of money when I needed my Audi serviced. Audi dealership qouted me $8000 for the part plus labor was well over $10,000. I spent a fraction of that with these guys and my Audi was up and going again. Their turnaround times are awesome too, Ive never been unhappy with how long a service has taken. Overall this is about the only place I take my cars for work. Pricing is reasonable but what does it for me is that I never have to come back for anything that has to do with the work they do. Highly recommended.

Badass dudes right there had a issue with my 2002 sonoma with the anti theft these guys fixed me up highly recommended I'm pretty mechanically inclined but when it comes to electrical work I don't know anything so I went to these guys and they did a awesome job even vacuumed my car
Christmas Eve.....We needed to get the lights working on our truck and Blake was able to get them all working within a couple of hours. We will definitely be taking our vehicles there for other work as they do all kinds of repairs.
The guys here were so kind- it was raining inside my car because the door wasn’t sealing properly after a wreck. I got to hang out and chat while the mechanic fixed the door like it was a puzzle he just knew he could fix quickly, it was a great experience and I am so thankful! I would recommend and will definitely be back as needed.
Total bait-and-switch. They texted me a quote, then jacked up the price with more surprise labor fees. Once I showed up to pay they said they “forgot” to add to the original quote. Claimed it was a “miscommunication”. After I pushed, they made a token price cut, but I still paid way more than expected. Zero accountability, misleading customers and providing dishonest business practices. Avoid this place.
This guy made my daughter cry. She took her car in to have rear end checked. He charged her $2000 then charged her $4000 more and didn’t even fix her main problem He charge her $50 more for a battery instead of charging it then $50 to put it in. 2 bolts. Car still not right after almost 6k. I asked him to try to make it right he said give him $3800 more dollars. The car is only worth 3 to 4000In my opinion, he only cares about the dollar and not the customer. It really saddens me to leave a negative review because that’s not who I am but I gave him an opportunity to try to make it. Right.

I was having a huge emergency with my car giving constant warnings to pull over because of high temperature on my way to work and thankfully I broke down close to this place. The financing option saved me big time, and they were faster than expected. The man at the desk was incredibly helpful as well, offering to Lyft me if I needed to go anywhere. I will definitely go here for all my mechanic needs in the future. A lot of mechanics take advantage of young women alone, but they had a lot of integrity and treated me like anyone else, highly recommend this place

I am VERY happy with the service I received. I was 2 weeks away from having my daughter and my real axel broke on our only vehicle on a Wednesday, I had it towed to the dealership on Thursday and they told me they couldn't even look at it until Monday. I called Tulsa Auto Doc and he towed it to his garage that day and looked and it and worked with me on a price by Friday. My car was fixed on Monday, and Anthony had it waiting for me before I had to go to work. I will definitely always use them for any vehicle needs and recommend to anyone how needs their vehicle worked on. Let me start by saying this is the only car repair shop I have had a positive experience with. The employees here go above and beyond to get your car back up and running. If you are in need of a car repair, I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to here.1. They are super fast at repairs. Every other place i asked quoted me days to weeks. They got it done the same day.2. Unlike every other place I've been previously, they actually correctly diagnosed the issue the first time. Instead of just scanning diagnostic codes, they will actually assess your vehicle to find the true issue.3. The employees are incredibly nice and willing to work with you.4. They have decent prices and offer a far better warranty than any other place I've ever been.

Not as good as it's cracked up to be. The workers seemed wary of me? Racist? Esp the wife. They all don't feel very friendly to me. The owner doesn't seem to like answering questions. Then when he was explaining, he seemed to blame me for taking it to another mechanic prior, like I already blamed him for all the problems. I wasn't blaming you for nothing man! What hostility! Really unprofessional.Plus, the kicker is when the owner boasted that he has high standards, that they don't mess with people's cars, because he had 1 former employee guy who touched people's radios or ac, and fired him. But then when I get back into my car, I see that my old car paper tag from the former mechanic that was IN the cubby is now OUT and ON the front passenger seat. High standards? Don't touch anything? Hahaha. Yeah right. What a joke. Never coming back here again. Now I know why you brought up the previous mechanic.Didn't fix the issue either. Because my car died a few weeks after. Wasted so much money $600, must have me ripped me off. Mad.

my car started messing up in february and i had taken it to TWO different shops before i contacted Tulsa Auto Doc, one of which was the dealership and needless to say, i had two bad experiences with those shops. nobody could give me a detailed description of HOW or WHAT they really found or any information, period on the diagnosis- other than one diagnosis said i needed to replace the whole wiring harness and the other shop said a new transmission… they gave me a price that was double what i ended up paying here and looking back now, neither of those things would have fixed my car... with receiving two very mixed diagnosis’, i decided to go online looking for a place that wanted to give me a detailed summary of what the issue is so i understand, and was able to fix the issue IN HOUSE without breaking the bank when i still owe quite a bit on the car… that’s how i found Tulsa Auto Doc!! they were very speedy, super friendly and inviting, very informative- even printing me out a detailed summary of everything they found. They got my car up and running CORRECTLY for the best price i feel i could have paid!! my boyfriend or stepdad usually are my mechanics but they just couldn’t figure this one out, if anything like that ever happens and i need a shop again, i WILL BE using this place!! 🙂

Overpriced and can't figure out the correct oil and filter on an engine swapped Impala when the engine states its status and it was stated prior to dropping the vehicle off.
The people here are friendly and helped me out immensely!my 300 gave up her ghost they are replacing the motor great prices and while my car is being cared by the doc had a lyft for me and booked me a room for duration of the time my car is with them.Above and beyond in these time is getting rare they treated me like a old friend here THANKS TULSA AUTO DOC!
This place was amazing. They kept in contact and updated me often. My vehicle went in bad condition and came out running again. They fixed a long time issue I had with my AC that other technicians just couldn’t seem to fix. I highly recommend.

I just learned about Tulsa Auto Doc a couple months ago. I’ve had them service my truck twice now - once for a routine oil change, the other for troubleshooting a check engine light code.On both occasions, they were prompt at responding to me, they gave me a clear quote of all charges to expect, and they were able to schedule me quickly to get the work performed.On the check engine light code diagnosis, they were able to work with my extended warranty company to get all the parts and labor covered.I appreciate the attention to detail they provide and the detailed explanations when I had questions about what they were working on as well as how best to take care of my vehicle.I’m so glad I found this shop! It gives me great peace of mind having them work on my vehicle.

Went in for my 2014 Cruze having electrical problems and turned out to just be a defective part. Was expecting to be in the shop for a couple of days but turned out to be just a full day. Very friendly as well.
Everyone was very nice and accommodating! Unlike the multiple other places I had taken my car to be fixed, they actually provided a full diagnostic and fixed the problem I was having with my headlights. Also the Lyft service they provide when you need to leave your car there is an amazing service and something I’m surprised isn’t more common.
Jeff diagnosed my problem immediately when others couldn't. I thought it must be serious (and expensive) but it wasn't. The staff is as professional, thoughtful and competent as they come. You would be wise to come here first. I know I'll be back. 😁

My car was having weird electrical problems. Jeff and his crew, checked the usual suspects after a diagnostic. Then checked some other things after they felt that the car was still damp. I had a sun roof leak, that I had just had repaired. There were areas that were still damp. They dried out the car. Cars today have so many wires and fuses in the front and rear of the car. Then next problem was and huge problem was the battery. I had that was installed by a road service company that has been around a long time. Well the battery they sold me obviously had been around a LONG time. As had the three previous batteries they installed because they couldn’t hold a charge. Well Jeff cured that. Better battery! Tulsa Auto Doc is the place to take your car or truck if you care to keep it running right. Great service, very nice people, reasonable prices. When you want done right the first time!
Ignition and sloppy fit into the keyhole began to make the truck more trick to get started. I searched Auto Electric on Google and received 3 businesses nearby. Top of this list at nearly 5 stars, is Tulsa Auto Doc. Meeting Jeff outside after a 2 minute conversation on the phone was more like dropping in on a cousin or a nephew. He was more interested in helping me than cost of repair. We made appointment for repair next day, I was provided a Lyft ride. Next day all was timely, fair-priced, and professional. Melody has a similar sense of humor markedly present in the hearts of family. These are the good ones, they make you feel welcome and assured you'll get great service. The new ignition feels like a brand new 15 year old truck. Blessed experience throughout.

Tulsa Auto Doc is a small, christian based automotive repair business which was an instant plus for me. Its owner, Jeff, and his technician Blake, are exceptionally knowledgable when it comes to automobile repair and they are extremely fair when it comes to their costs. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to others. I used them in generating a repair estimate on an older automobile, and while I didn't have the work done (by them or anyone else), I subsequently used them for doing pre-inspection checks on several automobiles I was considering buying, and they ultimately helped me land a pre-owned vehicle.

Went in for the technician to check for a wheel bearing problem ,the tech explained in detail after he told me I didn't need them he kindly explained it was my tires, most places charge you just to look at your car, but this nice repair shop did not charge me a thing,his beautiful wife was so kind and professional helping explain how the shop repair was started. Took my car in for power steering leak and they fixed it and a noise that had been diagnosed by other auto shops as the super charge need to be replaced and that was not the problem it was a crankshaft balancer and belt making this nosie and Mr Mckelroy fix my car quick and haven't been this happy with a shop in several years!! When our daughter's car broke down we were expecting the worst but Jeff jumped right in and quickly took care of everything and had her up and running in no time at a surprisingly low cost. I highly recommend Tulsa Auto Doc and plan on using them in the future.
Brought my truck into Tulsa Auto Doc for transmission issues, which ended up being a blown transmission. Jeff was very knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole process. Jeff looked around for the best deal on a new transmission without compromising quality or breaking the bank.
Had to has several things replaced due to wear and tear on this vehicle. It was expensive, and no fun to have to have done, but I very much appreciate the updates and detailed information that was give to me during this whole process. I appreciate the personal care I received from this shop. My car runs great and I will be returning for any other maintenance required. Thank you guys!
I have worked with Jeff in the past and recently in town visiting and needed my work van looked over. Tulsa auto doc was able to get me in and able to get parts ordered and installed quick before I had to head back home. Even though the repairs were extensive due to some damage on the front right driver side he was able to fix me up and get me back on the road. I highly recommend TAD for your complete auto repair.
